How do I go about securing my refund? I was told it would be automatically generated since I was there less than 15 minutes "

"Manager not there when I tried to check in at 11pm. He showed up fifteen minutes later. Was charged extra $100 stated it will be returned but hasn't yet. Room was freezing even though we turned the heater on. Never warmed up the room Bed was comfortable and managed to keep us warm. "
