"The hotel was nice and clean and the location was great. Perfect location if you have whale watching tour booked. Nice restaurants located closed by. The bagels in the restaurant on the bottom floor was great! My only complaint is the loud noise from the room doors closing, that woke me up several times unfortunately."

"The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to bus routes and hop on hop off busses. There is a restaurant in the building if you wish to use it. There is a grocery store next door which was very useful. great street to be on with nice stores. We booked a glass house view room which is in the rear of the hotel and they put us in a patio room which is on the basement level rear. I believe this was an error which I was not able to correct."
