"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. We arrived early, but the bell boys took our luggage and put the aside until we could check in. When we got to our room, our luggages were already in the room. Every staff member greeted us warmly each time they saw us, and we consistently felt respected, valued, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a fairly roomy layout that allowed us to relax without feeling cramped. The bed was equally generous in size and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its location — having a shopping mall directly downstairs made everything incredibly accessible, from dining options to last-minute shopping. It added a level of convenience that enhanced our overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay that we would happily return to."

"This was an exceptional property. We stayed with two kids and it was a perfect way to explore the area and have a place to rest. The breakfasts were beyond our expectations and the staff were wonderful. I will be staying here the next time we travel to the area. The view from the 23rd floor was spectacular!"

"A good view of the skyline of Kowloon mountains from the hotel room, including the famous Lion Rock. Best transportation around the building. Networks of Mass transit Railway, bus, mini bus are all reachable within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The shopping Centre of Metro Harbour Plaza 5 minutes from the hotel provides most basic needs. Nice staff team. No breakfast but complimentary Bolo Bun and coffee machine are provided at the lobby. A practical way to store the suitcases under the bed while the room is compact."

"Didn't try the breakfast since there are lots of restaurants nearby with all sorts of different offerings. Rooms are clean and and staff are nice. Good location. Walking distance to a couple of big malls as well as street markets such as Ladies Street and Sneaker Street."

"I did not use the airport shuttle (I didn't even know about it!). The breakfast buffet is awesome and worth the extra UK$100 each day. You can get everything and eat as much as you want. I never got a chance to check out the Metropark Kowloon Club on the 17th floor, and wish I knew more about that too. Anyway: great room, clean, great staff, convenient location!"
