“Good communication Decent location Accurate listing”

“We had a great visit. Quiet and well kept.”

“The house was immaculate. Even though the house appears small and older on the outside it is very spacious, modern and well decorated on the inside. Everything felt brand new. The lanai and pool were my absolute favorite. It felt like being in my own small private resort. ”

“This property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts thoughtfully provided amenities that greatly enhanced our beach experience, including coolers, umbrellas, and beach chairs. The in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, offered significant convenience. Its prime location also contributed to a truly enjoyable stay.”

“Great stay!”

“This house was perfect for us this weekend! The host was very accommodating, I arrived in Naples early and was fortunate to be able to snag an early check in! The house was clean and comfortable. No complaints! Loved that the house was on a dead end, it was very quiet.”

“Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. Two things……

“Location was excellent! Home was very clean. Host was very responsive!”

“If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. This house was the cleanest I have ever seen in my many VRBO experiences. Recently updated, great location. So many personal touches that let you know the owner cares. Each bedroom had its own basket on the bed with towels, tooth brush and tooth paste. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each shower. Coffee bar with coffee supplied. Bonus hot tub. The owner Cindy is fantastic and responds so fast. If you are considering this house, do not……

“It had window AC units and one of them was leaking inside the house in the living room, big puddle, we had to put four towels, they allow dogs and they had a yard on the back, but not only wasn’t private, but the fence had holes that the dogs cannot stay there Loose, because they could go into the neighbors through the fence holes, property needs upgrades. Bikes lock didn’t work with the code they provided us.”

“Great stay, very clean, and felt at home”

“Perfect location for a person traveling for work . Hospital , Beach and Mercato all under a mile away . Got to enjoy Beautiful sunsets and take a few bicycles rides when not working . Bed was comfortable and having a washer dryer was helpful . Would stay again”
