“My wife and I just stayed here for one night and found the hospitality was attentive and welcoming. The location is very convenient and provides for a nice walk along the river into town. The room and public areas are very clean and the bed (and linens) are incredibly comfy. We appreciate the new owners have only had the lodge for a couple of months and have plans to make things even better, but as it is, the lodge exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. “Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.”

“The town and services are just on the other side of the river. Located just 2 miles down a well kept, dirt road, the lodge is secluded and quiet. Beautiful lodge with a grand open area with fireplace and sitting rooms. Breakfast was self serve and abundant.
