「Clean room but leaking shower, otherwise not too bad for our two nts stay. The bathroom sink was miniature.Never met the reception people so can’t comment on that however, the cleaning fellow was helpful. Location was fine」

「Booked a double room with sofa as we were 2 friends travelling so 1 could sleep on the sofa as we had in other places on our journey. Rang to confirm & the landline was dead. My friend found a mobile & called speaking to the owner who said he’d speak to the staff & sort then call us back to confirm. He didn’t. On arrival we had the misfortune to be served by a female member of staff who was rude & demanded a physical bank card before confirming which room we had despite the room being covered in...

「Staff at check in was lovely, in room amenities exceptional, complimentary wine and snacks lovely (though it was 2am when we arrived so did not partake) The airport transfer meeting place was ambiguous and could have been simplified by using airport signage as reference - eg the pick up location is actually Pick Up area E at terminal 3. Easier to find and more accurate than the vague 'pickup at terminal 3-4'. Everything else was great.」

「此為無櫃台的飯店！需事先聯繫，我們到達後以電話聯絡屋主，再經由屋主的指引找到住宿房間。只是在路旁的指示牌指引方向錯誤，害我們跟屋主一直在雞同鴨講，最後才發現原來在牆的另一端。最大的問題則是：隔音效果其差無比。隔壁房開水龍頭　看電視　對話　全都聽得清清楚楚的，對於不易入眠的人會是一大問題。」

「Ridiculously overpriced! Obviously aimed at mining companies who are happy to pay way over what it's worth unfortunately making it completely unreasonable from a tourist's perspective. The hotel itself is ok, had it been priced for what it was I would have rated it much higher although check in staff weren't overly friendly.」
