Everything was good apart from the restaurant music go's until 10pm and the back on at 7am ,not good while in room 7 as you cant get a good sleep after traveling there pillows where lumpy too ,but staff where brilliant and property is very good

Good location in quiet area. My room was a cabin style with plenty of space for solo traveler. The grounds were simple and practical. Main driveway entry is on a busy corner. Restaurant food was great as well as the service. Front table area was undergoing big improvements for guests. Good value good staff.

Room needs a long mirror and bit more comfortable mattress. It was clean and staff friendly. Had AC and fan. Nice little ptivate balcony to have your coffee.

Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort.

The shower needed a good scrub. Vanity drawer was broken. No extractor fan in shower. The whole bathroom foggy after shower. No place to put your soap in the shower. Wooden Windows didn’t shut properly. I complained and the staff told me that it can’t be fixed. I could hear all the noise from outside. All the Staff there were very friendly. We enjoyed the food it was really good. We loved the ocean view while dinning.

Great quiet little resort by the sea. The staff was incredible. The food is a bit pricey but delicious. We really enjoyed. My partner got a great massage from Amo.

Fantastic Place Only stayed 1 night with My father on the 02/Sept/26. We chose this hotel because it was close to Tavua and we wanted to go up the mountain the next day on our way to Monasavu Dam and then onwards to Suva. The hotel is right on the water and easily found for anyone driving to or from Raki-Raki. The hotel for Fijian standards in the district’s is very good. All be it if your a high end tourist you may find the rooms a tad lacking, but the room we had was equipped with a TV with limited channels, fridge, tea and coffee clean but firm beds and most importantly good reliable hot water, and a nice sitting area out the front with direct access and view to the water front. Point to note rooms did not have Wifi service. Now the absolute best part of the hotel, was the dining area and pool facilities. This was FANTASTIC! The bar was well stocked and at decent prices, good wifi while in the restaurant and bar area, and fantastic and attentive staff. The Main hostess is a Australian lady and here Fijian staff were were amazing. Dinner that night was the best I had in Fiji over the 2 weeks I was there and I went to plenty of local restaurants… The Lobster I had ( well actually 2 lobsters) were fresh caught by the restaurant and cost $130 FJD and they were amazing. Breakfast the next day was well priced and just as good. I will definitely return to this Hotel next time I am in Fiji and stay a couple of nights. And explore the area better.
