「Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. 「Vacances entres copines, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car gros coup de cœur pour les petites plages autour et surtout proches de la zone d’activité nautique en voiture. L’hôtel est super joli, plusieurs piscines et la nourriture était très bonne. Le personnel est top et réponds à tout moment à nos questions/besoins. Nous espérons y revenir. 」

「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...
