Tidy immaculate staff had very poor de-escalation techniques with an upset very unpleased guest, I had a do not disturb sign on my door my very very first day over and did not get clean towels. The room only had two towels, two washcloths and a bath mat. To begin with. I asked for towels at 8:00 a.m. told me I had to wait till housekeeping got there. My housekeeper was 40 minutes late and coming-out

Decent place to stay

Overall a pretty good stay. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Perhaps they were at another customer’s room helping them. Other than that the rooms are clean and breakfast was ok.

This place is a dump… could not get internet; Tv could only get one channel-called front desk They said they would send someone up to help… never did! Walls & doors needed repaired & painted… mold around tub…No hand towels… on the plus side… comfortable bed & pillows & hot shower.

Weekend trip to see my daughter.

The front desk staff was nice and all went well when checking in, the room looked fine upon for entering, the water had been turned off under the sink, the floor was very wet, spongy, and the toilet would not flush. All reported to the staff, they offered to change our room, but the other room smelled like cigarette smoke and I am deathly allergic. We had to keep towels on the floor outside the shower due to the wetness and danger of slipping. They sent a plumber and he did not unclog the toilet, I again reported that there was no cold water at the sink, that the toilet was not flushing and that they needed to address the wetness in the floor seeping through the seams. They were very nice and hopefully they will address the items listed. The place is older and I am sure maintenance is an ongoing nightmare.

We was on second floor an wifi wouldnt pick up an my granddaughter feeds off wifi for her tablet so she was upset. Check in was easy staff was nice. Rooms were set up comfortable an walking in they appeared very clean. Killed a few unwanted guests around fridge an bathroom.
