Our stay was ok, though they never refilled our coffee pods. They have wet showers which we thought made the bathroom very wet and uncomfortable. Close to the beach and markets. Parking was easy.

When we stayed an extension was being built so the family rooms had 3 of the 4 windows blocked out which i think may be a permanent change. Fortunately when we asked the staff were accommodating and we were moved to much better suite. They do have a private beach but do note that the hotel isnt actually in the beachfront itself. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of cakes!

We stayed at the Flower Hotel in Golem and had originally booked for 5 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. The hotel was a big disappointment compared to what was advertised online. The photos are very misleading — the “garden hotel” is nowhere near a 5-star standard and is in poor condition, outdated, and not well maintained. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they did their best to assist us. They moved us to their other, more modern hotel, which was slightly better, and we were able to manage one night there. Unfortunately, we had already paid for 5 nights, so it was a frustrating experience overall. Be aware that this hotel is more like a 3-star, or maybe a low 4-star at best — definitely not a luxury stay.

Ok but not great

Our room #210 was never really Cool. Despite asking for the a/c to be turned down multiple times. It was never a pleasure to walk in there after a hot day. We had 2 lots of wires hanging down from the ceiling where lights should have been. Which we did let them know about but nothing was done. The staff are very friendly. Our housekeeper was 100%. The diving board at the pool is a real pain as kids ‘bomb’ into the pool splashing other pool users and sun bed users. No real need for it to be there. Very much a family hotel. Probably not for couples. Not a relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful.
