"What an amazing experience we had staying in Annie’s villa in the south of France! This is a beautiful private property with extensive gardens and a very welcoming pool area to either relax beside or take the plunge on those warmer days. We were thrilled to have a personal welcome by Annie and her husband John who made us feel at home straight away. Annie introduced us to the story behind this French provincial home and guided us personally with a very thorough introduction to the features of her home. We absolutely loved our week staying here and were able to easily explore nearby Calas for our food and fuel provisions. Over the week we were blessed with beautiful weather so we ventured further afield with day trips to Aix, Arles, Gordes, Senanque Abbey, The Camargue and of course the nearby hilltop town of Cabries. Annie provided very helpful information about parking and directions and was always available to answer any questions we had over the time we stayed.Annie was the perfect host and provided us with many tips, suggestions and advice to help us enjoy our wonderful week staying in her gorgeous home “La Recampada”. I would highly recommend anyone contemplating a holiday in the Aix-En-Provence region to strongly consider staying at this beautiful property! "

"Out of town by 15mins in a taxi, this made the trip more expensive as €30 euros each way to the main streets La Rontonde. Also Saturday lunch choice was super small compared to the delicious menu on the week days."

"Arriving late after a cancelled flight the concierage was incredabily helpful, and his humour helped with what had been a long day. He also advised on connection options and arranged a taxi for us. The suite was comfy, clean and well laid out. There was space for all 4 of us with the two children sharing the sofa bed."

"The hotel is located in a,slightly industrial area, however do not let this put you off as there are bars and restaurants around and in the hotel which are really good. The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. All in all if i was returning to the south of France in would definitely use this hotel again. "
