3 bedroom (4 beds), 1.5 bath Tri-level house in a quiet country area of Goodrich. Within 15 minutes of Ren. Fest, Mt. Holly, and Great Lakes National Cemetery. Within 30 minutes of Great Lakes Crossing, Flint, and Lapeer. Spacious living room and dining room. WiFi with Roku TV's plus antenna. Patio with picnic table and fire pit. Outdoor security cameras that you can monitor from the dinning room tv. 3/4-acre yard, central air. No pets and No smoking inside.

Softball tournament
We rented this cute little house for my family and a few of our friends for a softball tournament. The owners were great with communicating with us and the house was so clean! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I wish there had been a baby gate for the stairs, it’s a tri level so there was two small sets of stairs and it would have been great to have a way to block it off. But overall we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice cozy quiet place
House was very clean and accurate to the photos. It was a very nice quiet neighborhood right of a main street for easy entry. Over all it was a nice cozy place for my group. No camera in the house to make me feel like someone watching. That's a plus for me since I like my privacy. Next time I'm in town I'll definitely book this house again. Thanks for allowing us to used your house.

Perfect for our family
The house was spacious and accommodating. 3 separate floors made it so everyone has their own space to be, especially with the challenges of disabled teenagers. I'd stay here again in a second. Hosts were knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Thank you 😊.
