“AAAAA+++++!! Five star!! Sooo peaceful and amazing place to stay! Perfect little cabin, nice and quiet. Easy check in,check out as well! We’ll definitely be staying there again!”

“Fair for the price”

“We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful, peaceful location on Lake Martin. The private dock was perfect, and renting the boat made our trip even more memorable. Kyle was an outstanding host—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!”

“Relaxing and gorgeous! This area is on the quiet side of the lake and only a short ride to the big jumping rock and swimming areas. It’s pretty deep in front of the pier but we had floats and have older children so they loved jumping off the dock. The house was so clean, the perfect size and has everything you need. For the majority of our stay, I think we were outside on the deck relaxing, fishing, grilling and enjoying the view.”

“The stay was excellent. This is a great place for a solo stay or for two people. The property was as advertised. I would stay again without hesitation.”

“Memorable stay in this historic place! Would definitely book again!”

“Me and my wife went there to meet up with my brother and his wife, This is a perfect location to enjoy. The state parks and the property grounds have some beautiful cabins and hikes. We were also there for taladaga race weekend. Traveling around was very easy and scenic. Highly recommend, and we'll be back one day.”

“We had a wonderful time! Thank you Dee Dee for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin!”

“Perfect for our two night stay for a fishing tournament on Lake Martin. Very close to Wind Creek State Park. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 3 guests. Quiet residential area.”

“Relaxing place”

“This house is fun! We had family billard, fooseball, and ping pong tournaments! There was so much room to spread out and nothing beats relaxing in the hot tub and making s'mores at the end of a long hiking day. The hosts are fantastic at recommenations.”

“Super nice staff especially Curry.Love the isolation from outside noise.”

“Just an amazing place! Period”

“My wife and I had an amazing time! We wished we had more time! The clamp site was amazing! We purchased the s’mores package as well as fire wood for our personal camp fire. We highly recommend this host as she was very accessible, helpful, and friendly!”

“Such a unique property. It felt like we were staying at someone’s lake house. So many homey touches throughout - eye mask in bedside nightstand, coffee, creamer, sweetener in kitchen plus well stocked seasonings. Blankets in den and bedroom. Lots of towels. The grill was great for our steaks we picked up at the Piggly Wiggly nearby.”

“Great getaway. Really relaxing.”

“This is a very nice house with access to the river. Be mindful that there are many steps down to the river, but everything is well-built. The kayaks were a welcome amenity, and the section of the river and lake was very calm. Also, be mindful of the gravel road; it is steep in places, but we managed it in a Crown Vic.”

“It was really a great blend of the old and new decor. Love it! We were looking for peace and tranquility and it foot the bill. We love country atmosphere. The Cheaha State is well worth seeing. Also we just wanted to have NO responsibility and doing so much for our mother with alhzeimers all the time. Just do for few days whatever or absolutely nothing.”

“Location was wonderful. Very clean and as advertised.”

“Paige was a fantastic host. The property was clean, well stocked with necessities, and exactly as described. The train does run at night, but it is tolerable and infrequent. We will definitely be back!”
