"The upgrades are nice and the property was clean. We were disappointed that the breakfast offerings ended at 9 AM on the weekend. We weren’t told about the hours so we should have asked, but we went to get coffee at 9:05 and the area was closed off and the staff was very rude. Unfortunate that that’s what “ruined” the stay. "

"Overall good value with clean room, but dated and shower not draining. Room was good but hall carpet is old and needs replacing. No gym but there is a Planet Fitness 1 block away that is awesome and has drop in rates. "

"We came to Goodyear to watch baseball and found the property to be perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood located close to the ballpark. "

"Very comfortable , great location for shopping - groceries, gas, target . Great restaurants. pool and hot tub perfect , modern kitchen , Traeger grill worked well for our special meals . All in all - everything we could possibly need. And in excellent condition."

"Location was great, outside area was just like the pictures. It felt like you were at a tropical oasis sitting outside. However, late evening times when the wind changed you can smell a stockyard or fertilizer from the west and dogs next door that protect the front but were not a nuisance when you were in the backyard. House was pretty clean overall. vents could use a dusting and some underwear under the bed but overall it was clean. The game room is a fun addition. It is a good house for relaxing with friends and family. Lots of shopping and food choices within 2 miles. I would rent the house again. "
