"Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. Whether summer holidaying or like us, travelling about Cornwall, the house is central to beaches, shops, transport and restaurants and tourist spots."

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage, and it was everything we wanted. It's away from everything, but only a short journey to Perranporth, and the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall. it was a home from home, and Sue was great .. she was there as soon as we arrived to show us around, and just a message away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend a stay here if you like to 'get away from it all's, but also want to explore what's around. We will definitely be back !"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. Check in time too late at 5pm and check out 9.30am too early should be at the very least 10am and 4pm. Especially with all the steps to get...
