We felt like we were visiting friends. Well located for getting around the area, Eden project and popular beaches and harbours a short distance away. ”

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”

“We had a lovely stay. The views were amazing especially from our bedroom. The food was lovely. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 minor niggles. The diet coke was awful. Sorry to say as was locally produced but was definitely not to my taste or to many others and there was no other sugar free options only tonic which I personally don't like. Secondly the tv was in totally the wrong position. It couldn't be viewed from the bed on one side due to the position on the……

“Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out……
