“Fern Cottage was perfect for our girl trip to visit some local wineries, shop, relax and have a lot of laughs together. The house was spacious, very clean and Holly was always quick to answer any questions I sent her by text. We’re already talking about returning again next fall. ”

“SPACIOUS AND COZY There were 2 king size beds, 4 sets of bunk beds, and a very comfy extra large couch. LOCATION Beautiful area. Lots of horse and cows within eye sight of the house. Incredible starlight night sky. Check-in went smooth, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the place was clean. Lots of small touches that the host put into providing an amazing experience for us. ”

“This was a great location for our first time to Lake Anna. There were many restaurants to choose from close by, and we chartered a boat cruise (Sunshine Swan) at the nearby marina. The hot tub was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we all had our own room and bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were great communicators. Would stay there again. ”

“Very clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. We spent a lot of time sitting by the creek. It was absolutely perfect! In a wonderful location with the national park entrance very close by. “First time here, staying in the lodge in a themed room with a fantastic view and wonderful sunrise. Food was excellent in the restaurant. The surprise came when we found out that a large fireworks display was being held at the lodge! We did not have to go anywhere for anything! One little complaint: we heard the people above us. Other than that, great experience!”
