“The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward.
The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively.
It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive.
The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. ”

“We chose a room with a lake view, but the lake was barely visible from the room.
We stayed on April 24, and the room was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. In the evening, we tried calling the reception, but nobody answered, even though the staff had told us someone would be available until 11 PM.
When we mentioned this during check-out, we were told that the air conditioning in all rooms only starts working in May.……
