"Staff were lovely here especially the really kind lady on reception (unfortunately I never caught her name but she checked us in). The hotel offers large rooms and due to its central location it was very easy to get around the city’s tourist attractions. They have a free gym and pool for residents and a spa you can pay for - although the treatment wasn’t the best, it was affordable and as a resident we got a discount. Breakfast offered a nice selection too. But there are many cheaper local places to try for breakfast away from the hotel, but the convenience and selection of the hotel breakfast are worth it. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, all the staff were lovely and extremely helpful when we asked questions , I was originally really worried because we didn’t know a lot of Bulgarian but their English was super proficient (from in the casino, to reception, to the door men, housekeepers and breakfast staff)"

"The hotel was in a good location, near the main railway station and some of the main attractions. The room was clean and spacious, and the refrigerator was useful. The breakfast was quite good. The only negative was that there was limited restaurants in the immediate area. But otherwise, it was a good stay."
