“Very adequate for the quick stay. Handy position to all conveniences and buses.”

“The place looked nice enough on entering but we discovered the following: 1. There was no air conditioning except one bedroom on the top floor and the air con in the living area didn’t work. We discovered later that the filter had not been serviced and was full of dust. The owner refused to get a technician even after Christmas. We had to do a 1 hour round trip on Christmas Day to collect 2 small (and totally ineffective) fans from her place. Then on Boxing Day she dropped off 3 new cheap and……

“We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation ”

“Great location Nice and clean Everything was perfect Just 1 small problem the main entry gate remote was not working properly i had to get out of the car every time i want to enter otherwise its all good”

“The apartment was clean, spacious and in a quiet location. Everything provided worked well.. We did have some trouble with the plastic white tag which activates power in the room but managed to get it into position which then allowed all power switches to work. We liked the small extras that came with the rental which included a light cereal breakfast and basic housekeeping. The location was the main drawcard. Located just adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Terrigal, it was just a few minutes walk……

“The light in the dining area did not work”

“It said this property has WiFi but i can't find it. I contacted the host, they didn't reply. Even i contacted them many times for other things, they no reply. No responsibility. Also i saw cockroach in it. The blinds lost too many, outside can see me very clearly. It's easy to leak privacy. This property price is higher compare to others with same view. Never come again.”

“The property is beautiful, but we were disappointed by the heavily advertised spa, which didn’t work during our stay. The listing mentioned the malfunction, but it wasn’t clear enough, four of us missed that in the description. Without a working spa the price felt high for just four guests. I recommend removing the spa photo from the listing or making its non-working status very obvious in the description.”
