「The room smelled somewhat musty or smoky like most cheap rooms until we had the A/C running long enough. The bedding was clean. We were staying as we did a long drive home across the country, so it was decent enough to sleep in for a night and wake up the next day. The check in process seemed like it took forever considering I’d already reserved online and paid.」

「Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff.」

「The hotel was very nice. The rooms are very roomy. The separate dressing room with an extra sink is nice. We had a balcony which was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the soap which had no scent. I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, but it was rated very high like it was the last time we stayed there.」

「Everything was excellent! Early in AM on the way to a great breakfast, we asked room attendant to check our TV and the safety strips in the bathtub. Both of theses were done by the the time we finished breakfast! So clean Our conference room was well prepared for us. I was with a quilting group. I appreciated the lil notes left by our room attendants.」

「I don't think I have ever written a bad review. 1. Check in was busy, I don't understand if they know it is going to be busy, why a second person couldn't have been at the front desk. 2. I do not know if it was because I booked through Expedia or what we were given a room so far away from elevator, ice machine. and pool with children. 3.. Overall amenities were fine, loved the dispenses for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. The handle for getting in and out of tub/shower was...

「The staff are very nice people. The parking is great and the bed is comfortable. But the AC, at least in room 149, is too loud to permit sleep. The bathroom fans are also very loud - loud enough that the fan from the room above was disturbing. So if you want a nice staff and a nice overall hotel, this is an option. But if you want to sleep, stay well away from room 149.」
