「I really enjoyed the stay. The host communicated well. I just wish the property was cleaner. The bathroom rugs were dirty and the blinds in the kitchen kept falling. I saw 1 roach and I wish there were more toilet paper for the bathroom. It seems bad.. but the property was very beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.」

「We loved our stay here! The house has everything you could ever need. The backyard is so fun. The location was amazing for Universal parks and good for Disney as well. It was clean but I feel like it could have been a little cleaner…empty water bottles around the couch and dusty and a lot of bugs coming in through the bathrooms (not sure if anything could ever be done about it). All in all we would definitely return for the backyard and location!」

「We rented the house for 3 weeks. We had a great time there. It was amazing to watch the varied wildlife around the area. I took my dog on walks every day. There is a nearby park with a boat launch, kids playground and large dock/pier. The area gets an A plus for walking score. The house was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. Every one was very pleasant. William (the host) was awesome! He answers very promptly and is very polite. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7 and 2 dogs, the location was pretty good, it was centrally located and only about 15 minutes from Universal, we had seen some reviews mentioning the neighborhood but we didn't have any concerns during our stay, it’s a very quiet area. The only downside for us was learning that dogs were not allowed in the pool, this was only mentioned in the rental agreement that was sent a few days prior to check in date, completely understand that...

「Overall, our stay was okay, and the property was clean and served its purpose. However, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and could really use replacing, as they made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also noticed quite a few large red ants around the property, so it may be time for pest treatment. With improvements to the bedding and pest control, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay」
