The hotel is amazing,the room was clean and cozy,the only thing was the ventilation was to strong so it was a bit chilly. Breakfast was very rich,fresh and various things to choose from. The spa area is very well maintained and there is plenty of space to relax,widough felling crowded. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind .

Had an amazing stay and time at Jacy’z. I Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a break, didn’t even need to leave the hotel as it had everything. Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning architecture on the exterior, interior design is something out of a movie - just exceptionally nice. Flawlessly clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, staff was beyond nice. AND it’s not that expensive. This is a 5 star level hotel for the price of a less than desirable hotel back in the states. Info indicates it may be walking distance to the main part of the city - it is not. But you can walk for 10 minutes and hop on the tram very easily. Overall an amazing experience.

The breakfast and dinner at the bar from the restaurant Archie’s was good quality. It has a great pool and spa like area overlooking the city which is nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We had a drink at Gogogqga which was a lively place. The view was so nice. Yhe hotel is not in the central city but it is right next to Ullevi stadium so that would be a plus if you are going to a game. The rooms are quite dated. Needs a bit of a refresher but otherwise a good hotel.
