The property was an average one, which is fine, however there was no fridge, coffee maker or even a phone in the room. Since you could not call the front desk, you had to go down each time. In order to have a cup of coffee from the lobby area you either needed to pay (I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world where coffee wasn't complimentary) or become part of their Peacock Club." or something like that. The staff were also extremely rude with the exception of the two people in the dining room and Peter at the front desk. Peter, in particular, was fantastic. He was very nice and really went above and beyond for the guests. He was actually listening for quite a while to a man tell him how horrible the rest of the staff had been to him and his family. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to go then this is fine but if you want a nice place with great customer service then look elsewhere.

Abgesehen vom Pool und Restaurant, welche wirklich hervorragend waren, kann man das Hotel vergessen. Das Zimmer war einfach alt und im Bad war die Badewanne halb abgerostet (richtiges Loch), um nur eins zu nennen. Auf dem Betttopper war ein alter Blutfleck und am Nachtschrank hing ein altes Kaugummi, einfach eklig.

Perfekt hotell

Vi stannade en natt dÄ vi gick pÄ konsert pÄ Ullevi. Ett perfekt hotell att bo pÄ om man inte krÀver nÀrheten till avenyn osv. Men 100 med Uber löste det problemet. FrÀscht och fint hotell med fina, bekvÀma rum. Rent och inget att klaga pÄ. Frukosten var jÀttebra och mycket att vÀlja pÄ. Mysig och trevligt hotell som vi lÀtt kan tÀnka oss boka igen

Good for Drivers – Less Ideal Without a Car

Check-in was quick and smooth, and we received all the information we needed right away at the reception. The room was clean and comfortable, with both air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. However, there were (What looked like) visible water damages in the ceiling, which brought down the overall impression of the room. The hotel has a spa area with a sauna and pool, but access comes at an extra cost – something to be aware of. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, although it was very crowded, which made it hard to relax. Parking is available, which is a big plus. However, be aware that the hotel is quite far from the city center, so it’s best suited for those traveling by car. Overall, a decent hotel with the basics covered – especially convenient if you’re traveling with your own vehicle, but some improvements are needed.
