「Spacious, clean apartment in a great location」

「Wow this hotel went down hill lately. Everything is outdated, room was dirty, hair on floor and bed :/ during our 4 night stay, not even once we received cleaning service, or fresh towels or toilet paper. Even found hair in the coffee station. Furniture, even toilet was yellow. I typically love staying at Radissons all over the world but this location was more of a motel feel for me . 」

「Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön und geräumig, hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Das einzig negative war der Baulärm von den Nachbarn die morgens angefangen haben zu bohren, dafür kann King Apartmenty Galaxy jedoch nichts.」

「Because we were going to arrive in Szczecin early, we asked the hotel serval times for early check, but we never hear back from hotel. Then we got the text around 10 am after we had just landed in Szczecin airport, I thought this meant we can check in early ? But when we arrive hotel around 12pm, the staff told us the room wasn't ready. So we wait until 2 pm to get the room. The TV was broken in the room, so we have to switch the room. But in the new room there was a spider web on the ceiling. ...

「Had a very good 1 night stay. All the staff where friendly and helpful with the extra request for a pillow. Was allowed to leave bags at the hotel after check out to be picked up later. Hotel has a very fun and funky circus theme.」

「Wir hatten eines der Apartments im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren wirklich toll. Sauber war es auch, jedoch roch es im Badezimmer den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr stark nach Abfluss. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet, aber es reichte um sich Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.」

「Wir haben uns im Moxy wohl gefühlt. Zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus, Zimmer sauber, Personal nett. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden.」

「WiFi never worked. A message to my host was read but never answered. Both water taps, toilet seat and shower head were loose. Glass door in "bathroom" was very hard to operate. Building outside room was in need of a major renovation, very dark and full of graffiti.」

「Had a really nice stay, the penthouse apartment was lovely, all modern, clean and very well kept. Balcony got loads of sun so was a really nice feature to have. Only downside was the check in as I didn't receive any emails or messages on how to check in and the coffee shop that was listed to go to was closed for 4 days so we where unable to ask there , so we have to find a number online to message the host, after getting no reply on Expedia chat. However this did not damper the holiday as the...
