"My daughter and I stayed here because we were in town for The Mud Girl Run. The house had all the basics that we needed. Communication with Earl, the host, was phenomenal. We stupidly locked ourselves out of the house while exploring the property and Earl spoke to us on the ring camera and helped us get in. We had a bit of trouble logging into Netflix on the TV (used our credentials accurately but still gave us an error) but that just made us play foosball and card games which was better...

"Everything you needed was there - we didn't get the linen package (thought $230 for a weekend was a bit much, but understand why), so we brought our own. There was plenty of games, pool table was decent to enjoy (some are very cheap) layout was great. Only complaint, not everyone was able to get a "hot" shower, but with every shower running, understandable that the hot water would run out. "We had a great stay at the Rustic Modern Tiny Home! It was a good size for our family, two adults and two teenagers. The loft is small, but even our very tall son was able to sleep up there with no issues. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was a great treat! Only a ~15 min easy drive from Jim Thorpe. The home was in great condition and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I had an amazing trip. The condo was updated and clean. Perfect amount of space for a family of 5 and so close to the mountain. A quick drive to restaurants as well, you can’t beat this location! They provided all of the amenities we needed for the week as well. We will definitely be planning another stay!!"

"For a weekend away it was perfect. The property manager was great with questions. Like we had issues turning on the stove top. And he walked us through it. Only things I wasn't a big fan of the pictures of the basement make it look tall it really wasn't. Perfect for kids area or short adults."
