「Limpeza excelente e pessoal muito cortez」

「It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us....

「I had an amazing stay here. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated my English speaking needs. I had one encounter with the pool bartender who was very rude and dismissive other than that I highly recommend this hotel. 」

「I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.」

「Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Location, however, is a problem. Everywhere including restaurants are not in a walking distance. 」

「Amazing cost-benefit, you're in the heart of Salvador Carnival for the Barra-Ondina circuit. There are also good options to eat, very close to Shopping Barra, supermarkets, and drugstores. The hotel's structure is not the most modern or well maintained, but it is not an issue if you don't care about it. Also, be aware that depending on the floor, you may hear significant street noise.」
