Great Location

Very close to pool and hot tub. Walkable to entire village and ski bowl. Trails everywhere from town. Comfortable beds.

Great ski get away

Great proximity to ski slopes. Comfortable and accommodating for our 3 night stay as a family hot tub felt great (despite wild teenagers having party at the pool) Unfortunately fire place would not start

Night riding gem

If you are wanting to hit up skibowl east or west for a couple days I highly recommend this space. Close to shops as well for last minute shopping or to grab a quick bite out.

Great location

perfect little condo for a family. it had a nice layout with space for everyone. The grill was great. location within the complex was perfect. only complaint is that it needs kitchen towels and a bathmat. all pretty negligible but nice to have.

Wonderful Stay

The Condo was clean and cozy. There weren’t many people around so it was nice and quiet. It was close to everything so I could walk to the store, downtown Govy and any number of other venues. The Master Bedroom has a Mini Fire place great for an evening or morning cuddle. Kitchen has an assortment of utensils for cooking inside or outside. Large dining table for eating or games.

Clean and comfy

Great location in the small town but perfect location for your outdoor adventures. Found everything I needed at the house. The house does have lots of stairs so if you have someone that has difficulty with stairs, this may not be the right fit. But, if I'm ever back, I will book again.

Easy instructions, beautiful chalet with all the amenities and fantastic location.

Loved the emails and ease of checking in and out. Beautiful chalet with all the amenities. Clean, cozy and quiet. The location is amazing. We could walk everywhere. We definitely will be booking again in the near future.

Awesome Chalet!

We loved our stay at the Lake Collins chalet! The place was clean, comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and trails. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels, extra linens and the Meyer’s pump soap at every sink was a nice touch! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom for each room. Vacasa was extremely easy to work with and I would definitely rent from them again!

Nice, clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, 1) fireplace did not work, 2) coffee maker was pretty gross, 3) no salt or pepper, 4) No internet for a full day. So overall it was fine, none of these items were major. HOWEVER, I was not happy with Vacasa. I was trying to reach mul;tiple times with no luck. The contact phone numbers provided disconnected me automatically and you did not respond to an email i sent. I plan on avoiding Vacasa in the future, very unprofessional. Why do you make it hard to contact you.

Excellent Location

Great location! Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on and additional seating in living room was not as cozy as we would have preferred. Toilets were not cleaned. Hot water was out the last day. Otherwise, kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy and it was nice having the sleds to use at the snow park.

Directions please

Maybe I’m not real smart, but I would have liked directions for the appliances. It was hard to figure out the coffee pot. More importantly, the air conditioner was not working! We couldn’t find the blender lid for our margaritas and we were not given enough bath towels. We made due. The pool and hot tub were heavenly. The beds were comfortable.

Decent place / not great experience

Typical Collins Lake rental - nice location. Water leak from the upstairs hall bathroom shower disrupted our stay. Vacasa did respond but we were left with a hole in the ceiling and sheetrock dust that were only partly cleaned up. A storm on our last day cut power to the whole complex, so we checked out in the dark. After a few weeks delay, Vacasa offered an insignificant refund and a small discount on a future stay. Not the owner’s fault, but disappointing nonetheless.
