“Sung was a lovely host. He greeted us on arrival and was on hand for all the questions we had. The apartment was clean, well equipped and with stunning views of the River. ”

“We had 7 people on the reservation but the room was too small and there was only one bed. The worst part was the air conditioning did mot work and we suffered in the humid heat for two days. We could not sleep because it was too hot and most of us slept on the floor. The window had to be open and all the bugs flew in the room, using us as dinner. Would never book again.”

The place is so cute. It comes with two bedrooms. The loft has two sofa beds that can be converted into two twin beds. There is a balcony on the loft. We are w of 5 with 2 kids. Kids slept in loft, which is prefect. The place is close to Lotte World Adventure, only one subway stop away. I feel it is……

“The communication with the property management was no existent. We sent messages that were never replied to. Check in and out was terrible. If it wasn’t for some kind people helping us out we would have never got in the room. The self check in kiosk didn’t work and the only provided a local phone number to call in case of need. Unfortunately without a WiFi at the lobby or a local phone plan we could not reach anyone. Thankfully some kind people called management using their phone and we got a……

“We never could contact the host. Actually we had to cancel the reservation. Thankfully Vrbo Care did help and my trip ended well. Fue terrible, nunca nos pudimos comunicar con el anfitrión, gracias a Dios que Vrbo Care nos ayudó con la reservación de otro lugar y terminamos bien nuestro viaje.”

“Previous guests departed late and we arrived earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in. Host expedited clean-up so that we were able to move-in early! Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Compact and efficient use of space for 6 of us. Asian style bathroom with the sink, bidet, and shower in a small space. Large modern washer and dryer. and appliances.Only suggestion is (English) instructions for the thermostat which controls the water temperature for the shower/faucets and the floor.”
