“This is a grand lady of a hotel. A little bit tired in places but it has a good feeling to it. It reminds me of a cruise liner. The Reception staff are efficient but lack warmth, and the food and beverage staff are mostly chaotic, but if you brace yourself for it and allow for extra time and mistakes, you get there in the end - some more experienced staff at breakfast save the day. “This resort is absolutely stunning. I booked a junior suite, but was upgraded to a luxury suite & this didn’t disappoint absolutely beautiful room it was definitely a luxury experience including 2 times per day cleaning and service & 2 bathrooms one with a very deep bath. The pool & spa area are outstanding perfect addition to my stay. The food for dinner lunch & breakfast was of the upmost quality, value for money & presented in a way your social media will appreciate. What stood out for me……

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……
