"Overall the hotel very modern, clean, great location. I booked a 'City View' room with balcony but was given a back of hotel room with balcony on floor 1 that looked over the restaurant exhaust system and walls. When I asked for a different room they weren't able to accommodate. I did ask for a restaurant dinner voucher for two which they reluctantly obliged. The breakfasts and the dinner was excellent at their hotel restaurant!"

"Cannot recommend Townhouse 17 enough! From the facilities, location and cleanliness to, most importantly, the wonderful staff in the restaurant downstairs, everything was fantastic. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay special. I was also fortunate enough to experience both lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and I have to give that a 5-star rating too! I brought others family members from their hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were also very impressed. If I’m lucky enough to return to the island, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!"

"This is a very peaceful hotel, perfect for a complete wind down. We had been on a 5 day soul music festival and chose this hotel to follow it for a few days. The hotel has another restaurant overlooking a small sheltered bay with access to the sea for a swim ( take your snorkel)and run a shuttle service to and from hotel for lunch or dinner, the staff there are really good especially the manager Nemanja. It is safe to say we will return to this hotel and of course Gozo!"

"Loved the island of Gozo! I would book this place again as we decided Gozo is the place to be. No frills when it comes to amenities, the tea in the room was a nice touch. Small, clean, safe, decorated well. Felt like home for the couple days I was traveling. Impressed."

"We loved the beautifully decorated rooms and common areas, and excellent food. While it lacks a direct beach access, the free shuttle to Ramla beach worked nicely for us. In mid-September, the beach was surprisingly not overcrowded. On the weekend, it was slightly busier but there was no difficulty getting sun beds and an umbrella. On week days, it was really nice. On a cloudy day, we also used the free shuttle to Victoria. Hotel is close to the Blue hole and the inland sea. This point is absolutely beautiful and if you decide to stay in Kempinsky, I highly recommend to visit there. Staffs are friendly and helpful."

"The place is pristine. The staff is beyond amazing. Extremely helpful and they trip over themselves to help you. Extremely friendly. I spent 2 weeks there and believe me they treated me like I am their son. Amazing people. If you try to complain about something good you will find it impossible. The place is perfect. It is so clean that you can literally eat of the floor. I highly recommend this place. You will never regret it"
