The location was excellent, right in downtown Lava Hot Springs and close to everything. My husband and I will definitely be booking here again on our future visits to Lava Hot Springs. "Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!"

"Full Feedback: I loved the room. Thank you for providing the heater fan—the night was cold! I also appreciated the bathroom rug, which kept our feet warm. I’m not sure the room was thoroughly cleaned because I found an empty Smartwater bottle under the bed. I was excited to see a bathtub, but the sign said it was only for soaking. The mineral hot baths were several steps away from our room, which was inconvenient during chilly weather."
