Beachfront Villa Shades of Summer

TheBeachfront Villa Shades of Summer is located in Podaca, a small settlement near Makarska. This pet-friendly villa provides completeserenity and relaxation. It has a capacity to accommodate 6-7 people. On the big terrace, you can soak up the sun, while drinkinga cocktail and enjoying thebreathtaking sea view. If you want to forget about the everyday stress and just feel calm with obligations, then the villa Shades of Summer is our recommendation which represents an ideal accommodation for a peaceful vacation on the Adriatic coast.
Located right on the beach, the villa Shades of Summer has a lot of advantages for a peaceful holiday. It offers you full calmness and a beautiful panoramic sea view. The villa has 3 terraces equipped with beach chairs and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the evenings. There are also a barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for summer evenings and dining al fresco.
On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen and a modern decorated living area which have access to the terrace. On this floor are also a room with an extra bed if needed, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor is the sleeping oasis with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed >180cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace. Two bedrooms havebeds >120cm, where one of them has a terrace and the other one a balcony. The fourth bedroom has a double bed 160 cm and a terrace. As soon as you wake up you will have a beautiful sea view which every bedroom offers you. This floor has also one shared bathroom with a shower.
The villa Shades of Summer has fitness equipmentfor your daily exercise. The garage has two parking spaces. If requested, we can arrange daily maid service and airporttransfer with a surcharge.
The Makarska Riviera is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriaticcoast. The crystal clear sea, azuresky, greennessof the pines, and beautiful kilometers long white pebble and sandy beaches will give you the feeling that you are in heaven and here you will definitely have a quality vacation rest. For sport and adventure lovers, there are also numerous opportunities for an active holiday. There are also many entertaining and cultural manifestations, as well as opportunitiesfor excursionsto the nearby towns and islands. Everything you could wish for a fulfilledvacation is right here!

Great setting, house not quite there

The property location is second to none. It has direct access to a beautiful pebbly beach and hasweeping sea views. The beach is relatively quiet except for a few nudist sunbathers. The house itself is clean but isn't quite what it should be for this price range. A significant proportion of the house area is used up by storage rooms. The living room space is very limited. The bedding and kitchen equipment needs updating. With a little more thought put into the comfort of the guest, this house has the potential to be an excellent stay.
