“There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.”

The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out!
We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room! ”
