「The view to the lake through autumn leaves was awesome. Bear Paw Community is friendly and very peaceful. My dog and I walked all over, she seldom had to come and be leashed up for traffic. Deer, chipmunks, squirrels. The interior looks as advertised, minus rugs and plus slipcovers which might be because we were traveling with a dog. Kitchen is reasonably stocked - seasonings, extras. No cooking oil and sorry, w/ the price of EVOO, I didn't leave it behind! Thirty plus minutes to the store.」

「I was looking for a mountain retreat/getaway for my husband and I while I had work in the area and found this hideaway. It is very remote from town, fishing was great, and the cabin was spacious enough for us. We even had "Harry" the duck greet us. She was so entertaining. The dock straight out the back door and the upper screened porch was the highlight. Take the boat out too! Like others, the shower is workable.The only con for me was the Wifi. I knew signal may present a challenge in the...

「We had a wonderful stay here. Location was great! The inside of the house was perfect! Everything we needed. 」

「Would have liked to have had better mattress on the beds Seemed like they were to soft and not very comfortable You could almost feel the springs when you put your weight on them Just seemed like inexpensive mattresses Other than that the stay was great One other thing the hot tub kept saying something about the primary filter needing to be looked at 」

「This cabin was amazing! The bed was comfy. Lots of room in the cabin with nice little touches. Especially loved the fairy box! Cabin is at the end of a dirt road and is very peaceful, and close to neighboring towns for groceries and dining, as well as the tail of the dragon. Host is very responsive and friendly. Would defining stay again!! 」
