A\C was not working in room. Had to move to another room and it smelled like dirty, wet socks. I was told by staff members they have a new cleaning crew. The towels in one of the bathrooms were all dirty. The pool surface had paint chipping off, but it was still fun. Bathroom had hair in the sink ...

Staff were very friendly and personable, like family lol. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Can’t comment on breakfast because I left early each morning during my stay but I am sure it would have been more than satisfactory based on everything else.
