Excelente hotel. Boa conservação e limpeza. Café da manhã excelente. Fiquei pouco tempo e não consegui aproveitar todas as comodidades. Achei desnecessário cobrar 30 reais para deixar o carro "no tempo" na frente do hotel. Se houvesse pelo menos uma cobertura para o carro seria mais adequado.

O hotel é bom, o quarto muito limpo , cama confortável e chuveiro a gás muito bom. O café da manhã é muito bom, piscina térmica boa também. O hotel é novo e amplo. Única coisa que deixo o alerta é que, se fizer a reserva por alguma plataforma, além da taxa de 30,00 por dia cobrada para estacionar o carro em frente ao hotel, sem cobertura, eles tentam cobrar 10% sobre o valor da estadia,mas omitem o fato de que estes 10% são taxa de serviço e o pagamento é opcional. Nós não pagamos. Peças um quarto para os fundos, pois na frente do hotel tem bastante barulho da estrada a partir das 6:30h.

Quarto com janela interna para dentro do hotel! Cafe da manhã com muita coisa, mas tudo gelado que parecia estar lá a dias. Estacionamento na rua descoberto pegando chuva de granizo por 33 reais. No hotéis.com fala que está tudo pago e só tem a taxa de turismo de 2 e pouco por diária, porém na hora do checkout cobraram muito mais… tive q ficar perguntando do que era a cobrança, depois de muito tempo admitiram ser uma cobrança de 10% sobre todos os valores das diárias já pagas… depois de muito reclamar falaram que eu poderia não pagar aquela taxa… nunca vi na minha vida se pagar 10% sobre os valores das diárias… e tentarem enrolar o cliente escondendo que estão embutindo essa taxa caríssima.

O meu maior incômodo foi ter esquecido meu carregador do iPhone no quarto, tentar entrar em contato, demorarem una vida inteira pra responder por mensagem, pous por ligação ninguém atende… E ainda não estar com a certeza de que guardaram ou se simplesmente vão dizer que não estava onde deixei!

Equipe não está bem treinada para entender sobre quais taxas já foram pagas via no hoteis.com e quais não. Além disso, paguei o estacionamento e taxa de turismo no checkin, e no checkout queriam me cobrar novamente. E em relação a estrutura do hotel os quartos não tem um bom isolamento acústico pois dava para ouvir os casais vizinhos tendo suas relações íntimas.
