“Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The reception and bell staff were helpful and the manager provided attentive service. The restaurant staff other than one waiter were absolutley terrrible. There was a server named Marianna who was excellent and friendly, otherwise their serving staff never ever smiled or engaged and there was a complete lack of service. The breakfast was very nice but other meals are fairly limited. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa.”

“Nice hotel with a convenient location. Clean rooms, good breakfast, kind personal”

“The food was amazing! Staff was very friendly.”

“Todo en general”

“J’ai trouver facilité à me garer hébergement bien placer mais a l arriver difficile d’obtenir les code car il faut faire un enregistrement en plus avec passeport sur un site sinon bien passer appart le bruit des voisin du dessu et l’odeur des toilettes”

“Facility, room, uniqueness, location (see comment below), owners/staff all good to excellent. Comment on location - because of vehicle limitation and no dedicated parking it is a little incovenient for older or incapitated guests or guests with large baggage. The owner sent emails ( I missed) after booking sent regarding parking and driving but without visiting it is difficult to appreciate.”

“Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.”

“very clean and quiet, staff provided 5 star hospitality, very friendly to all different languages. Excellent restaurant, I can't tell you how wonderful the breakfast was each morning (free). Everything felt so clean and great, Monica was wonderful, the interior design is next level. Would easily stay here again, no question.”

“Great 4 day stay! I reserved an apartment unit and it was amazing. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. My stay was during low season in October. The town is very calm this time of year- which I love. The staff is very accomodating. The cleaning staff serviced my room daily. Only cons are the walls of the rooms are thin. Also, the breakfast buffet is really just simple items such as ham, tortillla de patata, coffee, cheese and a few other options. It was fine for me, but if……

“Solid location to walk around, beach and pool. Clean and new! A great choice in SFG!”

“Fantastic hotel, location is excellent for the town and the beach. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but the staff were more than happy to give us cups and hot water to take up to the room. I have stayed here a few times now and would definitely come back.”
