This is a beautiful boutique hotel and is in the perfect location in the heart of the old town right next to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was much larger than expected with a unique small balcony facing the road and was cleaned daily and always smelled beautiful. We loved sitting on the roof terrace and enjoyed the honesty bar before going out for an evening stroll. Breakfasts were amazing with lots of choice of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs and delicious breads. The art and interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

Outstanding property in great central location in old town close to shops and restaurants. Specious suites with all modern amenities. Staff exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much bother. Delicious continental breakfast prepared freshly each day. Overall exceptional value for the price.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location and a thoughtfully designed room. A for efforts on service but staff (also with their limited English) never quite were able to resolve any of the issues or questions. Wi-Fi didn’t work after 2nd night though I didn’t try to investigate how to get it back given the efforts it took the staff (and myself) to get to a couple of other simple questions…

Room 3 was beautiful and immaculately cleaned and organized every day by our housekeeper. Highest praise goes to Sayid (spelling may be incorrect) for his impeccable breakfast service, warm and friendly demeanor, and truly making us feel at home. He went above and beyond with his service.

Just Excellent
We were hoping for some winter sun, something to do and see if the sun stayed away and a nice hotel. We were not disappointed. The sun met us at the airport and stayed all week. We arrived at Suites 1478 on Sunday afternoon, we were met outside and shown through the huge entrance doors into a beautifully renovated and converted old building, we immediately felt welcome and after checking in were shown into Suite 4. The suites are large, modern and stylish, we had a balcony overlooking the narrow cobbled streets, perfect for some quiet time. We wandered around the old town where there are plenty of things to see, we really enjoyed the Columbus Museum and would recommend a visit. We found plenty of places to eat in Vegueta and Triana the weather was great so we ate Al fresco every evening.

Good for a city break
Really interesting 17th century building, keeping original features but turned into a state of the art boutique hotel. The art works around the building were astounding. The cafe serves a simple breakfast, and a small range of interesting dishes from day through to evening. The staff are very accommodating,with a warm welcome and they accompanied us to the somewhat challenging underground car parking space. The balconies were not very useful as the narrow road carries a substantial amount of passing traffic. There is seating on the terrace, where some rooms also had private terraces.

Fantastisk lite hotell, midt i gamlebyen! Nydelig frokost, for ikke å snakke om kakene! verdens beste ostekake! Hyggelig og veldig hjelpsom personale, anbefales virkelig!! Vær bare obs på at tårnsuiten er 2 suiter, hvorav den ene bare vises bilde av, ble litt skuffet over at vi ikke fikk akkurat den, da jeg hadde forestilt meg den som ble vist på bilder... Men, alt det andre veide opp for ett perfekt 4 dagers opphold, og den andre suiten var ikke noe dårligere! Stort rom, pent, stor uteplass med hagemøbler og utedusj, kommer tilbake hit om vi skal til Las Palmas på overnatting igjen!

Me encantó la sensación de estar como en casa. Realmente familiar. Los empleados todos estupendos y el desayuno delicioso, de 10. Quizá lo que menos, es que es un pelín ruidoso (solamente en el horario en el que se hacen otras habitaciones y se escucha rodar los muebles). Desde mi punto de vista, la comodidad del colchón también es mejorable. Críticas constructivas que espero ayuden a mejorar. Yo sin duda, volveré a repetir estancia en el Suites 1478. Muchísimas gracias a Lucía y el resto del personal.

Zeer sfeervol hotel in de oude stad, de kathedraal ligt om de hoek. Persoonlijke ontvangst en benadering. Hele mooie en verzorgde kamer en heerlijk ontbijt.

La estancia de tres días fue estupenda. Es un hotel precioso, muy cuidado y fuera de los modelos standard . Está situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad, a un paso de la catedral. La atención personal de Lucía y Miriam fue inmejorable. Hasta nos ayudaron a conseguir una excursión particular que yo no encontraba. Lo recomendaría sin dudar.

Hidden gem in centre of Las Palmas
If you need to be in Las Palmas and you prefer boutique hotels, this is the place to be. It feels like coming home! From the moment you check in till the moment you leave you are treated like a guest! Spacious and clean room, beautiful environment, art in the hotel, breakfast a la carte. The best!
