“The hotel is cozy, clean & well located”

“Good location, very helpful staff”

“Close to the road, very noisy. The service attitude of the employees is average, there is no smile, and it is not close to human beings. The most complaining is that the air conditioner cannot be adjusted. When it is turned on, it is 16 7 °C for cooling. At that time, the temperature was only 13-16 ℃. I went to ask the front desk, and the answer was that the air conditioner was locked, and there were only two options: 16.7 ℃ and the air conditioner was turned off. inexplicable policy. and the……

“The staff was so attentive and helpful and because there was construction going on they even offered free spa services. The only negative was the presence of small bugs by the sink that seemed to be attracted to water. The location is great but considering everything a bit pricey.”

“The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses. The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to……

“They aren’t very organized. The staff who should be assisting you and processing your payment often struggle or take a long time to do so, as no one seems to know who is in charge. Still, the place is worth it—it’s located right in the heart of Coyoacán and is a very lovely house.”

“Space was beautiful, especially common areas. Access to kitchen and laundry. Very central to everything in Coyoacan and safe area. Check in could be more clear as you need an access code to get into property and we did not receive one before arriving. I'd go again!”
