“La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo……

“We booked and prepaid for a private room, but upon arrival, the hostel claimed they were fully booked and had no record of our reservation—despite us having a confirmation email. They kicked us out to find our own lodging and held our money until the next day. Unprofessional and completely unreliable. If they are fully booked, they shouldn't be accepting reservations.”

“I wish i took pictures of the bathroom bathroom needs an uograde no housekeeping and no bottle water it was good for a short stay but any longer I wouldve left not to far from the town which isnt bad ”
