「The only process to improve is check-in, which you only get the email instructions mins around check in time, imagine those without WiFi. I didn’t get the email even I had the service, but the message communication was effective to have the maid open the front door and give us the code. My suggestion is to get the main door code earlier if the room is not ready so it doesn’t delay the process and lessens the worries from travellers.」
