I stayed at this hotel with my family for a couple pf nights. I chose it because it had good reviews on Expedia, but it’s terrible: the building is old and neglected, dirty on all areas (rooms, pool, corridors,etc) with equipment in the room not functioning (the fridge for example). It is not a 4-stars but also not a 1-star honestly, so it should have a different cost. In any case, even at lower cost, I would never stay there a second time.

Normal como esperaba nada a destacar, si tengo que decir algo que no me gustó... no me gusta las tapas del baño que te lavan solas tus partes, son incómodas, también deberían de revisar los monomandos en las duchas o actualizarlos.. el de la trescientos veintinueve tiene que estar de lado contra la pared para poder ducharte.

Nos dieron una habitación sucia, estaba sin hacer. Tuvimos que bajar a decirlo, un escueto disculpa sin más explicaciones, y nos dieron otra habitación. La primera tenía bañera, la que finalmente nos dieron ducha... Cuando la queríamos con bañera, ya no quisimos reclamar más, un desastre. La piscina no estaba abierta con el calor que hacía, cuando todas las demás si, no cogieron el teléfono en todas las veces que lo intentamos antes de ir. Un desastre, menos mal que solo era un dia

Andando al centro unos 20 minutos. Esta bien conectado con autobus y metro. Sitio tranquilo bien. El hotel las habitaciones estan descuidadas. Pero estuvimos bien.

El hotel no está mal, pero por la época la piscina aún está cerrada y había un sauna o picina interior tipo spa y estaba vacía, así k solo pudimos disfrutar del gimnasio. De haberlo sabido me hubiese elegido otro que tuviese mas servicios abiertos por ese dinero.

Aislamiento acustico deficiente en habitación

Nos tocó una habitación cuya ventana da al estadio del Granada. Y toda la noche se oye la maquina de refrigeración del Hotel arrancar y parar cada dos o tres minutos. Imposible coger el sueño. El aislamiento acustico de la habitación es muy deficiente.

Siempre recomendable!

Casi siempre que vamos a Sierra Nevada a esquiar 1 o 2 dias a nos quedamos en este hotel ya que tiene un acceso muy rapido a la Sierra , las habitaciones estan bien y tiene una calidad/ precio muy correcta.
