Location and kitchen good. Electric, smell, late checkin info had issues
At the time, no details in description on what type of checkin ahead of time (meet them? lockbox?) Reserved a while ahead but still no info within 24 hours of checkin. It's difficult to track all that down in a different country and language while traveling. Ended up ok and they were nice but travelers need details ahead of 12 hours and without having to track it down. The kitchen is well supplied and clean. The location is beautiful and near everything. It is loud at night and mornings since you are at the city square. Note parking is not allowed in the city center and parking within a 20 min walk is expensive. The free parking area 30 minutes away was ok. FYI there is a fake 'parking' person there harassing everyone for money when you arrive and threatening your car if you don't pay even though its a free public space. The electric had a lot of problems. Heat not working, had to keep the temp under a certain number whole time or would break, electric turning off when bathroom fan turned on, had to reset breakers on the regular. They came to help and were kind, but having to schedule that with them when they knew it was an issue (the electric box was open already) should have been advised or fixed ahead of time. The smell from the bathroom was definitely an issue. We tried blocking with a towel and keeping all the doors closed but it smelled very strongly of sewage all the time. It's part of an old building but just something to be aware of if you're there for a while.
