Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - absolutely perfect. The public parking garage associated with the hotel is about a block away and would be challenging to navigate with anything larger than the midsize SUV that we had - it has plenty of spaces, particularly two levels down, but it's really tight.

There is a good museum at end of street - free on Sunday - shops and restaurants are close. Bar and building renovation noise not so good, as well as other hotel guests above. There is not a lot the hotel can do about that though. Staff super friendly and helpful! Small and yet very comfy and lovely home like feeling.

Gem of a property with a fantastic selection of tapas bars just outside the doors.Patron noise goes well into the early morning but that’s to be expected! True superstars are the hotels staff who are extremely professional, warm and accommodating.

The rustic charm of this place and friendly staff would normally make this a better score but the property has paper thin walls, is in a noisy area (partly because of construction work) and the bathroom did have slight sewage odour despite the valiant efforts of the housekeeping staff. I would not rule this out as an option however.

Bel hôtel ..décoration romantique...mais peu insonorisé tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur...(très bruyant) ...difficilement accessible lorsqu'on arrive en voiture...parking à proximité mais difficile à trouver surtout lorsqu'on ne parle pas la langue...(parcours du combattant !) 😄

Totalmente recomendable

Hotel con excelente relación calidad precio. Muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo. En un precioso antiguo palacio. Cama muy cómoda. Personal atento y servicial. Desayuno bueno y abundante, con zumo de naranja natural y fruta cortada variada. Si regreso a Granada volvería a él sin dudarlo.

chambre au RDC inadmissible

chambre 3 à éviter au RDC bruits de la rue jusqu à 2h du matin. je bruit des canalisations des chambres du dessus jusqu à 3h du matin (WC douche) chambre très sombre contrairement aux photos du site et cerise sur le gâteau lors de notre arrivée nous demandons pour le petit déjeuner on nous répond que c est complet ! donc petit déjeuner à l extérieur.. pour un palaccio c est inadmissible. le site indique parking à disposition. merci c est faux il se garer dans un parking public pour info arrivée à 18h.. prestations incompatible avec le tarif pratiqué compte tenu du nombre d heures ou nous avons pu dormir. dernier point la literie est dure...
