雖然無見過面，但staff好nice，好helpful。出發前有點擔心無reception唔知點checkin，唔知點開門，但佢哋staff不斷whats app我，使我不用擔心。另外房間很大，很乾淨，酒店為處最好地點，不論shopping, dining，還是去Alhambra，都很方便，真心推介！

there's no kettle nor face tissue provided, you have to lobby restaurant to ask for hot or cold water, however, we were lucky enough to ask for a kettle which were in limited supply

Nice hotel in a historical building

This was a beautiful hotel in a very convenient area. The staff were very helpful and room was very nice and spacious.

My wife loves this hotel very much. It's originally an old Arabic house, with special decoration like a little pond in the central of Lobby. It's very quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, he introduced Granada to us and gave us a map. Highly recommended for tourists.
