Front desk woman was very helpful at check in. My Expedia invoice showed I had paid for the room when I booked it but it was showing in needed to pay for it at check in. That took all our extra cash. Not a good thing. Expedia very much needs to revise its invoices. The only problems with the room was the water flow in the bathroom sink was almost zero and the light switch by the door did not work. We required a first floor room as my husband and I are both disabled. It sounded like the people in the room above us were moving furniture until very late in the night. As for breakfast the scrambled eggs were watery and the sausage patties were dried out. There was no bread for toast. So we had to opt for a container of yogurt and miniature packaged blueberry muffins. We are considering not staying here again. When I do have to book a room in the future I will be contacting the hotels directly. Expedia does not offer discounts that we discovered were available to us if we would have booked directly.
