「The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service」

「The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

「We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.」

「Clean room, comfortable bed, walking distance to lots of dining options. Nice pool and really great staff. Only one complaint; during breakfast I listened to a woman scream at the staff for several minutes. She just kept going. I thought it was a rude tourist but it turned out to be a supervisor. Stopped eating breakfast there afterwards.」

「Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔」

「Overall satisfied and it felt like home」

「主要服务员以及前台服务态度太差！带有种族歧视很严重」

「The cleaning staff were very courteous.」

「I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

「The reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I paid for a king size room and they put me in a double bed room and told me that they didn’t have any more king rooms available! I want what I paid for!! Other than that everything is was great!」

「I enjoyed the property. It was just as listed. There was a brief communication issue that affected check-in (not by the owner but VRBO). Everything else was great!!」

「The room was dirty when I checked in, my name wasn’t right at the security and the number of people weren’t correct. I booked back in July and the day before I was told instead of canceling our trip we had to move room because the host double booked. The room did not match the pictures. It showed a washer and dryer and I told the host we had rented a car then had no place to park. The host gave me some money back but we left 3 days early. I’d book somewhere else if you’re planning on renting a...
