“The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ……

“This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here.”
