We booked through expedia for the bed and breakfast package. At no time could we get breakfast without waiting 45 minutes to an hour for the included buffet. If you’re going to offer a package like that you should put priority on the people staying in your hotel and paying your exorbitant resort fee charged daily to my room. Never coming back to the Winn or Encore. I will not recommend others to stay there.

The room and the hotel in general were clean and well-maintained. I liked the elevator system, never had to wait long for the elevator. Having Alexa in the room was also very convenient. I thought that the hotel was lacking bars, food options and entertainment. They don't have any shows, and there are only 2 decent bars, one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop. The casino and sportsbook bars were smoky and generic. I enjoyed the options to have different lighting in the room, and the fact that they check everyone's ID upon entry to the hotel made me feel safer. Rideshare and taxi area is inside the garage, so don't have to stand out in the sun waiting for the Uber. The hotel is right on Fremont Street, for those who like outdoor concerts and entertainment. The concerts are free, but everything else on Fremont costs an arm and a leg.
